I recently stayed at the Mercure Queenstown Resort, and while the views of Lake Wakatipu were stunning, the overall experience left a bit to be desired. Additionally, the food quality was subpar, particularly for a hotel of this standard, which was quite disappointing. Overall, there were positives with the views and bed comfort, but issues with dining and room maintenance impacted my stay.
